The bigger the SSD the better as writing speed is higher with more memory chip ! No less then 256 usually. Also, don't forget your datas does not exist if not in 3 copies on 2 different medias and one located off site.
You might get dropped frame errors depending on how old your SSDs are. Older SSDs do internal error connection were bad memory blocks are skipped over. If your drives take longer than the new T5 to erase when attached to the camera it probably will have errors recording at 120 fps.
